Semi dwarf, rapid growth, high feed value compared to Japanese millet, does not produce prussic acid, suitable for hay/silage

Does not produce prussic acid, higher quality forage than some sorghums, can be grazed early, quick regrowth, high tiller capacity, tolerates heavy grazing

Fast growing, high yielding, leafy, slightly longer growing season than Jap, early grazing, highly suited to sheep and hay, good cold tolerance, no prussic acid
